Domain Approval still in process !!!!!

Dear sir,
I have paid the 9.75 $ for the domain, i have received an email an phone confirmation call form dynadot.com I have submitid the fout digits code by clicking on the link given in the eamil by dynadot.com but my domain status is still in process. Why why why why why?????
Kindly approve my domain and active it so that i can use my domain. Thanks !!!
