Domain Reg Order is processing still

I've purchased a domains name on 6-Jan-2018 (Order id: 4322608).The 'Account Summary' page shows the order status as 'Processing'.
Could you please tell me when the order processing will be completed and when I can start using the domain name

Please note that I've already sent email to [email protected] but I haven't received any replies yet.

Our records show the order was held then because of the phone number verification was not completed. The order was completed later.
