Domain registered two days ago.. still nothing

This is a little frustrating. I don't remember it taking over 2 days for my domain name to be active after payment with credit card.. Whats going on? Its been 2 days since I ordered and its still "Processing".

There was a problem processing your credit card.  You should have gotten an email from us about this issue on January 19.
