Error Attempting To Renew Hosting

I am trying to renew my hosting. When I fill all Credit Card info in and then submit an error page is coming up saying this:

"There has been an internal error in our server. An email has been sent to our technical team who will resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please try your request again later. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Have attempted several times.

What to do?

I tried again a couple hours later and apparently it has renewed now.
