I put enough money in my account several weeks ago to pay cover the renewal of my domain name. I've been trying, without success, to use that money to renew the domain name. Now I get a message that the domain name expires today.

Does that mean it's too late to apply the money I already gave you? And if not, HOW DO I DO IT?

I see you have already done this, but you can apply account credit by using the green button on the payment page when you check out your order.
