I want to transfer my domain but it is unsuccessful !

Hello,
I request transfer my domain to dynadot.com from other registrar. But it is unsuccessful ! I paid for tranfer services, Can i get back my money ? Where will i get back my money ? My paypal account or My dynadot account ?
