I paid for the domain, I can see that, but then it says I paid for "email hosting" ??? It should be hosting only. ?
What exactly did I pay for?

Email Hosting, formerly known as Basic Hosting, is for simple static HTML websites and also email. You can create email if you want, but it is not required.
