Need Approval

Added prepay the day before yesterday, the status is still processing. The result is need approval. What can i do with that? Just keep waiting?

Hi - I just placed an order for a new name and have the same "need approval" message.  I've yet to receive any confirmation email or text to my email account or phone.  Is there anything else I'm supposed to be doing to fully activate the new name?  Thanks!

If your order lands in 'Needs Approval' status, it will need to be reviewed by one of our representatives during business hours.  If verification is needed, we'll let you know.
