I paid for my domain a while ago, haven't received any information on when it will be up, or when I can expect to use it. Sent an e-mail to our orders@... address, no reply. I would like to cancel my purchase and get a refund because your service is horrible.

Two emails were sent to you yesterday. The first was an "Order Received" email and the second was the verification email. The order did not complete within minutes as usual as it was pending verification. Looks like it has finished processing now.
