2011/07/04 16.50 16.50 Processing PayPal brandshouts.com, c-ccs.com

Please can someone at dynadot staff explain why our order has not being processed - we have received confirmation of payment

This order was completed over 8 hrs ago

Normaly our orders are processed immediately with in 30 mins of ordering

Could dynadot staff let us know if this extended procesing time will be the norm and how much longer we need to wait.
