Hey,

I paid for my domain with a credit card on 1-10-2012 order #1643664 and it is now the 12 and my order says its still processing?

Why is it taking so long?

We sent you an email requesting a phone number verification.  Please read your email and follow the instructions.  Once you do that, your order will be processed.
