Order status: Problem

Could I get a hand on my order? I have paid successfully through paypal however the status still shows as Problem.

Are you referring to order ID 1072445 which was placed back in 2010? The order wasn't processed back in 2010 due to the card being denied, but it remained open in your account. Looks like you were able to submit payment today. Unfortunately, the domain is no longer available to renew as the grace renewal period has passed. The order will be cancelled shortly and your PayPal account will be refunded.
