Hi, I bought a domain sugiocraft.org and it is still pending after a week. I've paid for and it has come out of my Paypal. I got an email recently saying that I had to show a photo government id. I sent you guys a photo id of me and you declined this. I find it highly unfair that I have to go through this process and so I would like a refund please. I cannot go through all these steps.

What you sent was a photo, not a photo ID as requested.  Your order has been cancelled and payment refunded.  Please allow some time for it to reflect on your statement.
