Hello, i read in this forum there's a couple of customer that didn't received email after paid using paypal.

i have the same issue here, the status is still processing? is my order have to use manual approval? i still confuse about the process of buying domain in here, since in any other service site that i use to be buy a domain i always use bank transfer then i confirm the payment, and in a couple of minute, my domain is active.

please help me in this one.

The confirmation of Paypal payment was sent to the email address on file. Please double check your spam and junk folder as we do see it was sent.

It looks like your order has completed after once you had completed the phone verification.
