PayPal wont let me pay

Check my account please,PayPal is telling me this:

This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information.

and it wont accept payment =(

It looks like you have paid via your Paypal account. The order is just pending on the verification process. Please complete the verification process and the order will finish.

Please let me know what's missing and how to verify?? i was trying to pay with different PayPal id than the usual i has been using.

Please advise as i have to renew a domain ASAP.

Hello,

Just to clarify, if verification is required to process your order, you will be notified. Not all payment problems are verification-related.

Paypal won't take my bank account for international payments but they will accept my credit or debit card.
