i order Invoice #10648950 and Invoice #10642147 status payment credit card, but pending dynadot approval? why?

Hi, thank you for reaching out to us. There could be a couple of reasons why your domain order has still not been processed. It could be that we requested verification and it has not been completed or the order needs manual approval, as well as others. Please contact our customer service department through chat or email if you are unsure why the order is still pending.
