I have two questions. First of all, I haven't been able to figure out how or why server.ssnproductions.com's SSL isn't working, thus I was wondering if you could just cancel that service and send me credits to use here later.

Secondly, I was wondering how long the SSL Process usually takes since I've just purchased another one for one of my domains.

Update - it takes one day-ish for the SSL.

Though my first question remains if I could get a reply about it at some point.

A day later, still no word... My SSL is still processing?

We submitted your SSL order yesterday morning.  RapidSSL sent  an approval email to the email address in the WHOIS record for your domain name.  

Can you send us an email regarding the other SSL you ordered.

Could you possibly re-send the email, It seems he may have deleted it -- or it was in his spam box.
