Result: Charset Problem

Is this for real? I've try to register a valid IDN and your order email sent me some " Result: Charset Problem "! I find that funny since this is an IDN name I'm trying to register and your system is converting the punny code properly.  Check my order menu.  Please I'm waiting patiently.

What is going on here exactly?
