I placed an order for a SSL Certificate on 10/14 and it's still "processing".
How long do these normally take?

The order is still in 'Verifying' status.  Did you receive the email we sent you?

"An email was sent to [email protected] to verify that this SSL Certificate was indeed ordered for xxxxxxx.com.  If you did not receive this email, please let us know so we can re-send it to you."

That is part of the vetting process required for SSL orders.  Alpha will not issue the certificate until this has been done.

We don't have an email acct for admin@....

Not sure where that is in your records, but we don't have an email listed like that in any of our profile settings.
The email we set in the CSR was info@.....

Can you please re-send that verification email to our info@ email address please.

It is the provider, AlphaSSL, who sends these approver emails.  It is part of their vetting process and they almost always send to admin@ the domain being secured.  Alternative options include:

administrator@
webmaster@
hostmaster@
postmaster@
