Trying to paypal but having troubles

I'm trying to pay with paypal but it always asked for a credit card.
Is there a manual way I could pay for my account? It used to work fine but now it just asks for a credit card :(

And all the monie i got is from a bank account.

Do you have any visa debit/atm card?

Try to pay with that card and see if it works.
