We do not pay out account credit, as per written in our Service Agreement, Part 1: General Provisions, Section 1, Fees and Payment. We have no plans to change our policy on refunds in the future.
We recommend using your account credit before closing your account. If you want to close your account, please email us from the email address linked to your Dynadot account requesting account closure.
