DNS Servers down!

Seems the Dynadot DNS servers are down, a good 30 sites of ours have gone completely offline! No news from Dynadot and support are too busy...

Same problem here, from Italy.
Could Dynadot inform us about the time it will take to resolve the problem, please?

I don't like piling on, but i cant get to anyone via support. still experiencing timeouts and no dns responses from their name servers.
