I did use the website business plan with email on that plan and now Feb 1 all my plans changed to pro and email was separated to my hosting. Ok, I see how that makes it easier to manage email details but none of my users can login now. Does anyone else have this problem? I have a ticket in but was given no guidance on what I need to do, other than wait.
Ok, currently the system has changed from [email protected] to just using your username when logging into 'Mailbox User' address: http://#####.webmail.dynadot.com/user/signin.html. I'll try to update this as I learn more.
Thank you for your post. We did change our hosting and email plans recently to be a little more streamlined. We now offer Free and Pro. If you were on any other plan (other than free) it has now been converted to the Pro option. You can now access your new email inbox by following these steps:
