To download a list of your domains, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "My Domains" from the left-side menu bar and click "Folders" in the drop-down. Your folders will be listed here which can be used for both the Dynadot domains and domains from Other registrars. If you do not have any domain folders set up, you will find 2 default folders with the names "(no folder)" and "All". Click on the "Download" icon at the top right of the page Choose the folder you want to download from the "Folder" dropdown. Select from the options provided to optimize your file and click the "Download" button on this page. The list will be downloaded in a .CSV file format.
By default, our system puts a lock on all domains for security. If you want to transfer your domain out, you have to unlock it first. However, you can choose to set your default transfer lock setting to "No" if you prefer.To set your default transfer lock setting, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "Domain Defaults" from the "My Domains" drop-down menu. Click on the "Transfer Lock" button. Here you can use the toggle behind "Lock domains by default" to set your default transfer lock. Don't forget to "Save" your changes at the top right of the page. Note: Domains already in your account will not be affected by the "Default Transfer Lock" setting. Want to see more of your domains list on the "Manage Domains" page? You can set the default number of domains printed per page from within your Dynadot account by following these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "My Domains" from the left-side menu bar and click "Manage Domains" in the drop-down. Click on the "Settings" button at the top right of the page. Find the "Number of domains displayed per page" and select from the options 100, 500, 1000, and 5000. You may also sort the domains by Expiration Date or Alphabetically and toggle the button to choose Display "Other Registrar "tab or not. Click on the "Save Settings" button to save your changes. You will see your updated list on the "Manage Domains" page under the "My Domains" menu.
There are 2 ways to set a note to a domain name in your Dynadot account. Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "My Domains" from the left-side menu bar and click "Manage Domains" in the drop-down. Find and click on the domain in which you wish to add a note. A new page will load. Find the "Add note" icon under the domain name from the top right section of the page. Type the note and click the "Save" button to save your changes. Another way to add a note to a domain Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "My Domains" from the left-side menu bar and click "Manage Domains" in the drop-down. Check the box next to your domain name(s) and click on the "Action" button. Select the "Set Note" button from the bottom drop-down menu under Misc. Click on the "Save Note" button to save your changes. After the note has been added, please go back to the "Manage Domains" page, click "Column" icon, choose item "Note" and Save. This "Note column" will now appear. You can also select it to appear when downloading your domain list.
Any domains that have expired, been deleted, been moved, or been transferred away are considered "inactive" and will be listed on our inactive domains page within your Dynadot account. To find a list of your inactive domains, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "My Domains" from the left-side menu bar and click "Inactive Domains" in the drop-down. This page is defaulted to list domains by their expiration date, with the most recent dates at the top; however, you can also click on the "Domains" column to list it alphabetically by domain names. You can also use the Filter and Search Domains feature to find domains more easily.You can potentially restore a domain on this page. If the domain is eligible to be restored, it will have a clickable check box next to it.
Yes, we do have a language filter for Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs). To filter your domain names by language, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Click "My Domains", then "Manage Domains" from the left-side menu bar. Click "Filter", then select "IDN Filter". Please select the IDN you would like to view. We can filter by the following language options: Ascii, Chinese/Japanese IDN, Korean IDN, Arabic IDN, Cyrillic IDN, Hindi IDN, Thai IDN, Greek IDN, Hebrew IDN, European IDN, Other IDN, which includes any languages that don't fall under the listed categories. Once you've made your selection, click on "Apply Filter" and your domain list will adjust accordingly. Please note that this filters by both domain name and domain extension. So, for example, if you own dynadot.�国, it will be listed under the "Chinese/Japanese IDN" filter.
Your domain list is defaulted to sort by domain expiration date. To set your default domain sort setting, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "My Domains" from the left-side menu bar and click "Manage Domains" in the drop-down. Click on the Settings button with a gear icon. Find the "Sort the domains" under the Manage Domain Settings page. Select your preferred sort setting from the drop-down menu. You can choose to sort by expiration date or alphabetically. The number of domains displayed per page can also be selected. Click on the "Save Settings" button to save your changes.
